I parked here late March 2020 and a sign said parking was free. Excellent parking structure, no frustrating damaging speed bumps, wide lanes and ramps, sloping decks and lots of spaces...as far as parking structures go it’s impressive.

Come along way with maintenance and 24 hr security in the past 10 years. I've been parking there regularly for the past decade. Reasonable parking rates and monthly passes.

The parking officers working at this location are absolutely terrible. I went in to get a better understanding of why I got a parking ticket , and got yelled at and insulted by a redneck “parking officer” who apparently was the one to give me the ticket. Apparently I am not allowed to go in and discuss my case? Nice. Parking downtown Brantford is impossible, no wonder the entire downtown core is falling apart.
