Katie’s music school Just a huge shout out to katie for paring me with the beautiful Grace. I’m in my 20’s (so never to late to start learning) and have been pretty sick for most of 2020, my capacity to do the simplest of tasks has been very challenging as I have been having seizures and having Grace have the patience and saying such kind words to me whilst teach me to play the guitar has brought me back to the person I was before I got sick. Getting to know her over the last’s few weeks I can honestly say I’ve made a life long friend, so kind, generous and just so full of life that you cannot help it but adore this lady! I cannot give her enough praise for the amazing human that she is but she is definitely the reason that I have determination to learn and try and do better. Listening to her sing and play the fiddle, sounds like an angel!

My son has been a student of Katie's since the beginning of Katie's teaching career. From a young age the dedication, patience, understanding, encouragement and support for her students is second to none. She is very communicative with parents and helped me having no musical background be able to properly and positively encourage my son practise and stay committed to playing music. Katie's Music Studio is a warm friendly welcoming place to aspiring musicians of all ages. The teachers are all welcoming, friendly and encouraging to anyone who walk through the doors. Katie is such a sweetie and oh so talented! I bought lessons for my sister (adult) and she loves it. Katie provides rep that match her students interests and goals. She has the well-rounded skill that allows her to teach through sheet music as well as tab and charts, tending to each students preferences. Highly recommend- Brantford needed a studio with heart like this!

We are the best people to give a review since we've been to all the music teaching studios in the city. We eventually left each one because there was no love there. There is love and passion here. Not only that, but Katie's educational background and training with regards to children, puts her a step above any other studio. Our daughter has learned more with Katie in our first 2 years with her, then with her previous 4 years of learning with other studios. So be assured that your child is in good hands and you can trust that she's picked exceptional teachers for the studio.
