Great company! I got a new Shower/tub installed. They had to rip out a very old awful Shower stall. They were very professional and worked hard. The install was great. The owner even met me at Lowes to help me pick out what I needed for the install. He picked it all up for me and brought it here. His team was amazing! They also installed a water line for my fridge. I would highly recommend them!

We have been using J & A plumbing for our ongoing home renovation. Covid-19, huge leak in the laundry room and our usual plumber that we use and works here is off work. The laundry room had been done 6 years earlier by another company. As we are on a well and have no shut off valve for this rooms plumbing, this water leak was a huge issue for us, and we needed to have it fixed ASAP. One emergency phone call and they had their plumber here within an hour, fixed and gone. As usual, J&A plumbing came through! Very happy with this company.

This company was friendly and professional. They fixed my outdoor pool shower and requested pictures via text in advance so they knew what needed to be done and what parts they needed to bring before arriving. Matt showed up on time and did a great job fixing our outdoor shower. He ended up having to remove most of the pipes because they had burst in several places, and made sure to explain this to me and showed me where the damage was before moving ahead with it. He also showed me how to avoid problems in the future- turning off the outside water in the winter (which I knew but had forgotten!) and how to drain the pipes from the turn off valve so that water didn’t sit inside the pipes and freeze. He also attempted to help fix a leak from my pool, and ended up giving me advice on how to do it myself. He showed me why the pipes had failed and turned blue in the first place (improper soldering and cleaning from whoever owned the house before us), and guaranteed me it wouldn’t happen with the work he had done. You can see a picture of this work on their Facebook! Matt was also extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Overall, I felt the price was reasonable for the workmanship, labour and hardware required. The only issue I had was that they were originally scheduled to show up on Wednesday and ended up rescheduling for Friday morning, however as I’m working from home, this wasn’t a major issue.Thanks to Matt for a job well done, I’ll be recommending J&A Plumbing to friends and family!
The good part is that they showed up when they said they would and fixed the problem without too much difficulty (and did a good job,) and for which we are grateful. the bad side was they toke their time to get back to us (I left a few voice messages before we finally got to talk, I left the first voice message on Saturday afternoon and on Monday afternoon I called them again and finally someone answered, the gentleman apologized and said they had been very busy) They came over first thing Tuesday morning. overall I was happy and would use them again.
