This is a amazing store. The employee service goes above and beyond before the pandemic and after. I will always return to this store. Bravo for making the customer feel satisfied and like we are the only one in the store.

Warranties beware!! This store carries products that after you spend good hard earned money buying what you think is a good product. Plus the extra warranty they offer on a set of hi end head phones for Christmas 2019. Jan 6 2020 the one side breaks. My wife takes them back with receipt/box’s and all that it came with. The person asked did we drop them. This should have been a straight exchange!!!! But here we go. No they were not dropped our gaming son put them on and the arm that holds the over cover ear peace snapped. The person said we will email you information and set you up with free ups with in the body of the email. So my great wife drives 45min back home to tell me this story. Jan 19th NO EMAIL!!!!!! So here we go round 2 back to the store. This will make it another 11/2 hr 3 hrs total just in driving between my wife and soon me. It seems these days nobody takes responsibility.

Get Real

Items in flyers are not in stock in the store. No stock no sales. And no I wont settle for something else. Just keep the store stocked with items listed in the flyers. I don't think that should be too difficult. The Source had what I was looking for. Cheers!

Holiday season, it wasn't to busy. Unfortunately the things I wanted were scattered all over the store, when it should be in one place (Sphero). Staff didn't know really know what I was asking for. Definitely do your research before going in (and have your list with sku numbers and pictures on your phone).
