I have been using Whitaker pools for the last 6 years for my pool supplies and advice on pool and water maintenance. I recently moved to a new house out of brampton with no pool and now have a hot tub. I needed some advice and guidance on the water Maintenece of my hot tub and as usual their service was exceptional. They have always been able to deduce and help solve any issues I have had with my pool and now hot tub with success. It’s the reason I will continue to come in from out of town to support a great business for my hot tub needs. I would have zero problem with recommending this business to friends and family. Bravo.

Initially I have dealt with Whitaker Pools 13 years ago. We ordered a new liner and a flex pool cover. Dealing with the company was seamless and the installation of the liner went on time and flawlessly. We have enjoyed the pool for 13 seasons now and just this year (mostly due to heavy icing during the past few winters) we saw a few spots where the liner came off of its track. We were unable to re-track the liner ourselves using the old proven \cattle\ method, so we made a request for a service call. The customer service representative was a delight to deal with. The booking of a service call was a breeze. We were kept abreast of when the maintenance team will show up and when they did, they made a point of explaining all the available options to us. The liner was successfully re-tracked and secured inside the track. Our experience with Whitaker Pools is stellar. Customer service second to none. We highly recommend them.

Whitaker Pool & Spa provides us with not only the products we need, but the knowledge and confidence to tackle any pool related tasks on our own. This is our first year as pool owners and we have made some common mistakes causing algae and our pool to turn colour. When I went to Whitaker for some advice, I never felt judged for our lack of knowledge and pool upkeep . Rather I was given the steps needed to get our pool back up running. I appreciate the family feel of Whitaker and will continue to be a customer as long as we have a pool! Thank you!
