Doctors are fine, service is terrible though. Drove in with my sister as she needed an appointment and didn't feel comfortable driving. Appointment was at 3pm, ended up waiting in the car till around 4pm when she was finally taken in. Her appointment was actually moved from 3:45 to 3pm the day before by the office. Wasted gas keeping the car warm as it was around -16 (windchill) outside and the car was getting cold fast. Turns out they don't allow family members inside so I'm sitting in a car constantly wasting gas waiting for the supposed 30 min turnaround to finish. By the end of it all, almost 2 hours wasted, probably 45 mins of car idling time due to heating wasted.

I bought my glasses from them and one of the lens fell off and they charge me for new lenses. However, those defective glasses did not stop me from doing my yearly eye examinations at this Centre due to the professionalism and kindness of Dr Grewal. At my last visit, nevertheless, they had me waiting in the parking lot and after 45 minutes I left. They are obviously overbooking so I'll find another Optometrist.

Dr. Simran Grewal is an incredible Doctor, She is dedicated, thoughtful, and compassionate. Immediately she makes you feel so welcome and comfortable while putting your mind at ease. She listened to all my concerns patiently and answered every question. She made me feel so relaxed during the eye exam! I appreciate all of the much needed advice and information on overall eye health care. My experience with Dr. Simran Grewal and her office staff was nothing short of amazing! Thank you so much for going above and beyond! and making my experience awesome.

Brampton Vision staff and doctors are amazing and so helpful. They make the eye visit and examination a very pleasant experience and staff are so helpful with helping you to choose your new glasses. If you are experiencing dry eyes I highly recommend you seeing them!! They are very experienced and knowledgeable! Thanks so very much!

I've been going to Dr. Sud for years, and couldn't imagine going anywhere else. He's very knowledgeable and cares about his patients, and seems to genuinely enjoy what he does (I found these qualities are rare in a lot of GTA doctors). The office is very clean and well organized and all the staff there are very nice and helpful. They have a great process to keep things sanitary during COVID, and I didn't have to touch anything at all in there. 10/10 this is the best place to go for vision in the GTA.

I went to brampton vision centre this month for my first visit. I had an appointment with Dr. J Boparai, I must say she was very welcoming and friendly. She was very informative and addressed all my concerns. I was previously prescribed contact lenses from a different optometrist, which gave me headaches and feeling of discomfort. Dr. J Boparai gave me a trial and I was amazed at the difference- no more discomfort or headaches, feels like I'm wearing no contact lenses! I will definitely be trusting her for all my optometry related needs and would highly recommend her for vision care.

First experience was great, I went in with my 5 year old who I suspected needed glasses. Dr Amjed was very kind, knowledgeable, and comforting. She took her time with my little one and explained to things to her. Over all experience with the practice was great. Recommend it. Will definitely return.
