Over the years I've had several challenges when receiving shipments from UPS. my latest one was when I recently ordered a new phone from Telus. Unfortunately it was shipped to my office during Covid (which is obviously closed). After making several attempts via the live chat and over the phone to have the package redirected to my residence I was unable to get anywhere with them. I even tried contacting Telus who reached out to have the address changed on my behalf (as instructed by UPS). After all of those failed attempts the only way to recieve my package was to drive to Brampton and retrieve it myself. While on site the customer service was definitely lacking and I'm sure that the overall morale of their employees isn't very high at the best of times. Terrible experience.

Worst ever service, parcel was supposed to be delivered 20 days ago but i went my self to pickup the parcel, U.p.s says that their driver attemped to make delivery 5 times and the residents refused to accept it. These guys are giving false information to the customers and now i pickedup the parcel and i tracked it again, the notes shows that the product has been delivered at the customer's house, however i picked it up my self
HORRIFIC SYSTEM- For several weeks now I have a package that was Scanned and did arrive at this warehouse. It was scanned and they fixed a very small thing on the address that someone input wrong. The word ROAD at the end of the address. Due to this small correction they somehow LOST the package in the warehouse!This is what I was told when I went IN PERSON to the warehouse. There is NO PHONE CONTACT NUMBER for UPS here. Every time I call the 1-800 number it goes to an outsourced place such as the Philippines. They can only see exactly what I see online. The SENDER has been also trying to speak with someone. Per someone in the U.S. he was told to put a Return To Sender. This worked and they MIRACULOUSLY found it. Sent it to CONCORD to be shipped back across the country. He then tried to talk to them to get them to HOLD the package so I can pick it up since it's only 40 minutes from me. Instead of sending it BACK TO BC Canada. They sent it from CONCORD back to BRAMPTON but still have Return to Sender and we are both on HOLD to try to get them to correctly put my name on it for pickup. Should be so SIMPLE. But, since they won't provide a phone number or proper contact it is INSANE! I will NEVER use UPS again as they DO NOT have a proper system in place and customer service is DREADFUL! BEWARE! Use Xpresspost, Purolator or FEDEX is all I can say as they have been much easier to deal with!

Truly from the core of my heart I hate UPS. Its the worst service in the world. You try calling the 1800 number and well congratulations you have reached someone to tell you exactly what you see online after 2 hours of holding. Living in condo means well your package basically never ever gets delivered, you have to go pick it up but wait you paid for package.. well doesn't matter we at UPS believe every package should be picked up from our facility. WELL OK! Lets try picking up package and get it over with.. well sorry to inform you but we are only open for 1 hour. Ok well can you just try delivering the package.. I am sorry sir your 10 year old building address does not exist in our system ... UPS honestly GFY!!!
