Learn how to mount tires so the treads match the direction they are traveling. Then admit to your mistake and fix it but instead argue a point that makes no sense. The tread can be flipped so left and right side matches but in their professional opinion it doesn't matter. Go to a real tire shop and avoid these clowns. Yeah take a look and tell me if I'm wrong but it's pretty simple here's the proof. Left outer and right inner tread is the same direction.. does that make sense? The right outer and left inner is the same direction? They installed it wrong simple as that. They had a 50% chance of getting it right and they failed. Do not take your car here unless you want your tires mounted incorrectly.
While in the city I stopped in to have my tires installed and balanced. I was given a time line, a cost, and a guarantee that work would be done to my liking. I picked up my car and headed back up north to Muskoka. My drive was definitely an experience, the wheels were vibrating and by the time I arrived my tires were going flat. I called in and spoke with a Mr Jeff. A B N O X I O U S, to say the least. I was told to come back and they would have a look. I am three hours away!!! I asked that I be compensated, in the very least, a partial refund on my Visa so that it might cover some of the bill. I was told that was not how they work. JUST STAY AWAY, THIS IS THE WORST PLACE, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.there are plenty of tire shops out there, save your money, save your headache and go somewhere else. JEFF I understand that you’re the owner, but if you’re reading this, YOU need to sharpen up on your customer skills.

I called to ask if they had good tires and the guy was giving me attitude instead of doing his job right. I asked for the price of 1 tire and he says \40 and up\. I then asked how much it would cost for 4 tires and he goes \40 4\. I wanted to know how much the tires cost specifically and he said to come and check myself. Can't do the job hes provided to do and gives me attitude, yeah its quite surprising how hes still working there.
