They have got to be the most attentive, courteous Home Depot location that's around, I have placed Curbside pick up orders during this era of Covid19 and it's restrictions, but these guys are on the ball/target when it comes to Customer Service, timely delivery, truly amazing I have placed orders as a contractor at other locations and even after been notified that the items are ready for pick up are ready, have had to wait for almost 2 hrs and many conversations with runners as they call them to receive what was ordered, Keep up the great work guys at this location, maybe the other locations like Argentia, can learn from you, stay safe, best regards

Came in to check for some flowers and could not find what I needed. Vera, was watering in the garden centre and was quick to offer help! She tracked down the vendor that knows pretty much everything I needed to know and more. Coming back tomorrow(when the new shipment arrives) to have another look. Ended up making a quick pit stop in their washroom, which I found to be astonishingly clean(for a place that services contractors). On my way out I asked about some seminars that are coming up and the associate(Gordon) at the self checkout was very helpful. Didn’t get what I needed today, BUT... all in all it was a great experience.

Almost everything for home and office. Always prefer to go there. Curb side pick up is fast. Impressive.

Curb side pickup takes more time than walking inside and buying the items you need. This feels so backward. Usually I think negative reviews are just salty suburbanites, but the reviews are spot on. I could have gone in the store, made my purchases, and exited 5 times in the time I spent ordering online, dealing with customer service regarding my unconfirmed order, and waiting for a curb-side attendant who was clearly not attending to the curb-side. Though, I won’t be testing that theory. Half of my order was unavailable and still reported as in stock. I don’t want to experience the (alleged) in-store inventory nightmare. If you’re looking for timely service, /don’t go to Brampton West #7301.
