I have been working with The Family Enhancement Centre for a little under a year and have had nothing but great experiences. When the original counsellor I was working with left, the staff was extremely patient and helped me to find someone who I was comfortable with. As I live in a small town there is a long waitlist for mental health services. Fortunately, The Family Enhancement Centre has worked with me to do virtual appointments. I would highly recommend to anybody who is looking for counselling sessions, even virtually.

my family member review was deleted! Upsetting that the company is allowed to do that! Has you wondering what else they are trying to hide This place records you! Cameras all over the office. NO signs that they have video surveillance but there is visible cameras. kids are being recorded. why does an office for therapy need to be under heavy surveillance?

Super unprofessional. Did not show up for my appointment. I called several times after driving to the office from Niagara Falls. They called Monday to confirm the appointment. Would not recommend to ANYONE for ANYTHING. UPDATE: Still have not received our refund for the ENTIRE session that was billed, not just the 50 deposit. If they called/emailed to cancel the appointment then why was there a charge in the first place? There were no emails and no missed calls. Voicemail is fully functioning for everyone else who tries to contact us. Also, I was told they left a voicemail and when I challenged them they stuttered and stated that they emailed us.
