The ABSOLUTE WORST MEDICAL experience I have ever had! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. As mentioned by others, unacceptable service! The Receptionist must be a family member, as she is RUDE and CONFRONTATIONAL! I left messages and received no response, I emailed, and received no response and the phone is never answered! Dr Bajaj is nice enough until he has received payment for your treatment - his office did not have the decency to let me know the results of a test I took.

DO NOT CONTACT THEM EVER! TERRIBLE SERVICE! Each time I called this clinic to book a colonoscopy appointment the person over the phone keep on complaining about how people cancel the appointment and they force them to pay 200. I unfortunately had to call them within 2 days of booking an appointment to reschedule it due to something and colonoscopy procedure can’t be completed as it is not possible with that situation. The lady over the phone was very rude and kept complaining on and on and instead of giving me a solution, she pushed me to an extent where I have to tell her that I am changing my doctor. I would rather die with IBD or treat myself with YouTube instead of going to these illiterate rude people hired just to ruin your day. Typical Indian style customer service. Terrible and highly disappointing !

Unprofessional receptionist for Dr. Wadehra calling 25mins before my appointment time and while call back no answer, now wait for another 2 month to get another appointment.. Very Disappointed

The worst customer service ever received. Don’t want to give them even a single star, but want to add the review....so that’why. I called 5-7 time to get the update on appointment, every time leaving the voice mail, but no back call received after that. Kindly advise me, where i should file the complaint on this
