They are always very friendly, polite and well mannered. They are always willing to provide assistance when needed; they sometimes come around asking. I've been to other employment centers and not given a proper greeting is said, just \have you signed in?

Truely useless. I came in looking for help with an apprenticeship and they handed me some papers and told me to leave. I was recommended by friends but I don't see it. Why is this even government funded if it doesn't even help.

The staff at Sheridan were absolutely amazing with the one on one individual service. I worked with Stacy and she was amazingly helpful...from perfecting my resume...to ongoing support and sometimes just a helpful ear to vent my jobsearch issues. I would highly recommend a visit here if you are unemployed.

Staff is very friendly and super helpful. I met with an employment counselor back in 2017 and was amazed at the service. There is always somebody helping you every step of the way. The registration process was smooth, and my employment consultant was very kind and empathetic to my vocational concerns. She offered me a variety of useful resources to look into while I waited for something, and called me every couple of months to check in - which I thought was really thoughtful. Overall, Sheridan CES is a very helpful for anyone struggling to look for a job.

My mom came here and we were surprised on how helpful and resourceful they are. I know that you would be treated well no matter what and they try their best to assist you in any way they can. 5/5 stars!
