Just awful. Dirty and unkept rooms, no wifi, strange smells. Not enough staff

This is the last place I'd suggest. The building is disgusting, mold in the bathrooms and the many many fire and safty hazers. might I add it is infestedwith bedbugs. The staff are extremely disrespectful, they favouritize, degrate mental illness, call the residents names and threaten, they dont care about stollen property, and dont understand the consept of privacy, And most of the time they just dont do anything ive walked in on them watch shows and youtube videos. They enjoy the power trip. Take out there anger on us. They quick to send you straight to the hospital if having anixty attacks and mentalbreakbown. Quick to discharge. The food is down right gross, sometimes undercooked and disregarding of the food safty zone. They tend to add rules as wego. Spending money on doors. Fixing instead of replacing. They dont read the notes Wish I could give 0 stars.

Great place to work at. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. Housing workers are down to earth, approachable and experienced. Building could use some TLC but overall, I'd highly recommend this place to a youth in need of emergency accommodations.

It was one of the best shelters ever and I had seen the best staff ever!! Therefore I would now like to take a moment and say thank you so much for everything and for helping me and for taking care of me, it really means a lot to me. However now I would like to donate some things so please do tell me how can I do that. Looking forward to seeing your reply soon. With lots of love and hugs. Blessings Javeria

Even if you're a good respectful person, once you get discharged for any reason, most likely you'll be restricted for over a month. How does that make any sense? Also, certain staff members are incredibly incompetent. An utter disgrace.
