I just wanted to take a minute to really show my thanks and gratitude to Gabriel (Customer Service Rep.), Ramon Sunglao (Store Manager), Scott (District Manager)...when I think of detailed, resourceful and above all kindness...No one could have asked for a better group of professionals, I was given the best value for the best unit (the C building, climate controlled) at the drop of a minute. As I started a new beginning in the what is agreeably the worst time to do so, these three men where my best allies. Thank you so much Gabriel, Ramon and Scott...Ramon you know you my favourite thou...right!! Thank you again gentlemen, job very well done, all three deserve a raise with promotion!!!

Overall a horrible experience. I was promised a promotion which just suddenly ended after a few months increasing my price by 20%. And then a few months after a surprise hidden increase of my fees again. Out of no where. It's a bad experience. Expect to keep paying more and more. And they will reply blah blah blah. It's to keep prices competitive. That's bull. I have changed over to another local storage unit for less. Only redeeming factor was one of the staff there. Ramon. If there was more people like him, the world would be a better place. The rest of the staff were not helpful and rude.
