This place is a great place to come to when you need to get your life back on track . That being said you have to take the good with the bad..... The bad being is a majority of the staff here wouldn't be qualified to work at timhortons yet alone deal with clients in crisis. Maybe some time ago they were good at what they do but now they don't care. It is extremely difficult dealing with the stresses in your life only to come to this place and be dealing with staff who don't care and add more s*!t on your plate. I.e. took 1 min extra for a smoke break.... Asking certain staff for help is like pulling teeth. God forbid you ask them to do their job or anything that would take them away from their face book posts or Instagram pages. A word of caution if you come here and get the pleasure of dealing w emily.. dont tell her she misunderstood your question as you risk dismissal for correcting her (God forbid she didn't hear your question properly.) And has attendancy to bark at clients Asif they were dogs. Also if certain staff bend the rules or give you privelages, DON'T LET ANY OTHER STAFF KNOW. Like most workplaces out there. This is not the place were co workers look out for each other but it seems Asif the complete opposite. They scheme and get coworkers in trouble for doing things extra for the clients. ( Great work place) All in all it's a great place , just watch out for the doorknobs that come into work looking to use the clients as a scapegoat for their own miserable lives. P.s. the only other review from Edith.... She's a staff at Mississauga location and is one of the staff who doesn't like to be corrected or reminded how to do her job especially from one of the clients. :)
