Man, in spite of all the warnings from pervious customers, I thought to give these guys a chance! Price was better but Boy I was terribly wrong. I placed an order for a camera with 3 business day shipping in March. I am still waiting. In spite of multiple emails and messages no response but a promise to trying to ship soon or refund. No reply after that initial message. Your business model is broken. If you like to be taken for a swing ride, go ahead and order. I order all the time online, but never seen such a bad customer experience from a retailer in Canada.

So placed the order on Jan 17th got it today on March 8th for lot people on this page giving negative reviews your out of your mind, because one a world offers the cheapest price on the Canadian market, like no one can beat them so if you want to save money and don’t mind waiting s world electronics is they way to go. But they do cover up and lie about the shipment timing but I still think that makes and covers up in the price they offer. 10/10 would go back now that I know how their system works Update: Best prices, will take time to deliver but it does come through, wouldn’t suggest this place if you’re impatient. They will give you a run around on shipping times but the but the product will show up I can personally attest to that. Also they will compensate for the inconvenience caused by the delay on top of already amazing prize. All in all if you’re some one who likes huge savings and don’t mind waiting for a bit( factor in the demand for the product and the price they are offering leaving to a massive backlog of orders) this is the perfect place to shop.

After two and a half months of waiting and countless promises and excuses ("it's Canada Post fault", "we'll ship it next week", "no, we'll really ship it next week", "we will reimburse you 5% of your purchase due to excessive delays", etc.), I requested for my order to be cancelled. Only then it was shipped within the next 48 hours. Nevertheless, the order was incomplete (missing one of the items). When I emailed them informing them of this situation, I received no answer. When I called, they promised me they would send the missing item and process the reimbursement within the next couple of days. I called them several times more and it went straight to voicemail. Sent them messages through their website but didn't receive a reply. When I post on their Facebook page, they delete my posts. Almost 4 months after placing the order and over a month after receiving some of the items, I'm still waiting for S-World Electronics to fulfill the order. As a consequence I have now opened a claim in Better Business Bureau and my next step will be suing them at Ontario's Small Claims Court. My advice to you: SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHES AND STAY CLEAR OF THIS VENDOR.

I just received my Oneplus 8 and it's amazing machine. Thank you S World electronics for offering me good deal without Tax. this is my first purchase with this company and i was scared too after reading reviews yet placed order, just to try and they made me happy with their service. Email support was bit slow but definitely recommended, with others also expect reply within 24 hours and s world reply bit fast, so recommend that too as good service. Their offered warranty for 18 months is much excited then price and best thing, I received warranty paper as well. Normally I buy from authorized dealers or stores but now I will definitely buy from you guys. I saved money and your warranty paper put me in more comfortable zone. Thank you. MOST RECOMMENDABLE....

This is the kind of store that makes you lose hope in buying online. I feel like whoever is considering doing business with them should know what they are getting into. Seriously, this is the worst buying experience I ever had. I was lucky that my credit card had buyer protection or else I'm convinced I would never have received the product or my money back. Let me tell you honestly: they LIE. They lie about the product, the shipping date, everything. Then they promise to you that the product will be received at a certain date and that you will receive a big discount in order for you to not claim a refund. They expect to push and push the delivery date and lure you with fake discount so you won't have any recourse with your credit card company to help you out! I was waiting for 3 month and they never sent what I paid for! My credit card company had to force them to pay me back. I mean, if you want to give them free money, go ahead but me personally, it's gonna be my last time with this company.
