Red Dawn Martial Arts is awesome for your all your fitness needs. Master Anthony is meticulous and driven to help his clients achieve their goals and his holistic approach to health makes your body, mind, and spirit feel nourished, refreshed, and rejuvenated. The fitness kickboxing classes are hands down some of the best workouts you will engage in and will definitely make you sweat and feel the burn. However, the pain is worth the gains because I feel so much more fit now in my thirties than I ever did before. As an added bonus, Master Anthony finishes each class off with some yoga and meditation to help bring back a state of calm and rest to the body. I highly recommend Red Dawn Martial Arts for the fitness kickboxing classes because they really are enjoyable and make you feel stronger all around. Master Anthony’s approach is also so calm and patient and he truly is about helping you reach your full potential. His passion for well-being shines through his words and actions and is a source of motivation and inspiration. Definitely come check out the classes.

All 3 of my kids love coming to Red Dawn. My older daughter has been coming here for 7 years now. She has grown so over the years mentally and physically. Instructors are great and live by their promise. This is an amazing place for your kids to build confidence and strength. I highly recommend it.
