I am a pro contractor and my customer purchased 3 fire rated doors from this place .the doors are installed with only one half inch screws and one each for a hinge. Its supposed to be pre hung and ready to be installed. They did not supply the alen key to ajust the tension of the closing hinge . And some person with zero experience cut the slots for the hinge . Its total nock off stuff . When i contected them they was very unprofessional and rude i tried to post pic. This page dont give me a option
