He was friendly, polite and extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the service. Nikita answered my phone call questions quickly.I appreciated her for getting me the right space and attentive to my needs.The place is super clean and staff are well trained and very helpful.I highly recommend Public Storage .

Excellent check in experience. Explained everything in detail and even tried to right size my choice of unit. Meaning, as we did a walk through of the unit Alex had me consider how many items I really had and to downsize if I don't think I would fill up the space. Super friendly and considerate.
