My experience at Policaro BMW was consistent with all the positive reviews posted by others. Everyone I had the opportunity to speak with during the process were great. A complete contrast from my previous BMW dealership. Just wanted to share my experience to date and highlight a few that you should seek out if you find yourself looking for a BMW. Specifically, Lucas L. in sales who everyone should speak to when considering a BMW, George A. in financing and Scott C. in parts.

Terrible service experience with there manager Peter Grosse. They took my running car to root cause an issue and gave the car back without the battery connected, didn't put the cover back on the OBD connector, removed a rubber hose which protects the wires and left a filthy cloth over battery terminal (which was reported to peel region non-compliance for C-19). Service tech was not wearing gloves when he went inside my car. Not recommended for service at all. See pictures. Update: 2/2/2021 Talked to the general manager, told me to put the OBD cover on myself and same with the wire cover. The rag is still there they could have put a plastic cover on it. I gave Policaro a car that starts and they returned it none functioning by towing it to my house. Basically slap in the face telling me my cars worthless and go fix it yourself. I am more then capable to fix the car myself this is just a warning to the reviewers that can't.
I just wanted to express my gratitude and appreciation to the wonderful staff at Policaro BMW (Lucas, George etc) who assisted my parents with the purchase of their X4. They felt very comfortable dealing with the staff who answered their numerous questions and concerns and are extremely happy with their purchase. We will definitely recommend this dealership to our family and friends. Best BMW dealer location to deal with, they are definitely worth the drive!
We had excellent service at Policaro BMW. Attentive staff, excellent safety protocols and a seamless test drive/buying experience. A great way to spoil myself at the end of this difficult and challenging 2020 year...just picked up a unique 2020 BMW M340i M Performance Edition, in NARDO GREY! Spec-ta-cu-lar vehicle! And outstanding service from Amandeep, Antonio and George, who made the whole process, including early return of my 2018 BMW M4, seamless and smooth! Thanks Policaro BMW!
