The Brampton Small Claims Court office is the best of any I have been to in southern Ontario. Great staff at the front desk, small claims windows. Very helpful and quick too.
This place is traumatic. No one tries to help you. The clerk's who work there just clock in and clock out. No enthusiasm, dead ambiance, not a pleasant place to be. The manager who manages counter 1,2 is EXTREMLY vicious, tense and rude. If you need to get things done in Brampton court, sucks for you. Not a good place to be.
I work in a law office, and have been trying to reach a clerk at the court for the last half hour, the only person I have been able to reach is in the finance office, and they don't know anything outside of their office. It is useless trying to contact anybody there in any way other then to attend in person. I don't know why they even have phones there.
