I had placed multiple orders with Minuteman for my upcoming wedding. In one of my orders a received a badly creased poster that was meant to be displayed at one of my wedding events - upon reaching out to request a reprint (having already spent hundreds at this shop on other orders) I was told the production department swore it was in perfect shape. The poster was packaged and sealed in a box by the shop and transported as such, yet I was accused of being responsible for the creasing. After having spent money as a repeat customer, this is how they treat you. Find another place to print the things that are important to you, so you can have peace of mind. You will not be given the benefit of the doubt or respect as a customer here. Spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere and avoid being disappointed and dissatisfied.
