I have been going to this location for about 4 years (maybe longer) and I can't believe I haven't put a review up yet! I can't say enough good things about this Midas and the staff there. I have not dealt with anyone there who has not been compassionate, fair and just plain friendly! I would not trust my car to anyone else. They are quick, fair, honest and by far the best mechanic in Brampton. Thank you for keeping me and my car safe and an in good repair!

My son had issues with his Nissan Sentra last year and we brought it here and they replaced the muffler. They were upfront with the costs (which was competitive in the marketplace). This year, we came to have a tire swap (not on rims). Booked it online Sunday night and they called 8am Monday morning. We left the car at 10am for pick-up by 5pm (due to COVID, you cannot wait at the shop). They called at 1:00pm to inform us 3 of the winter tires needed to be replaced. They offered to price 4 new ones but given the current economic situation, we decided to just keep our other ones on. Professional and considerate. We definitely will come back for any other issues that may arise. Recommend. Note: If you are coming North on Hurontario, you have to make a U-Turn to get into the parking lot because of an island located at the lights. The entrance to the driveway is blocked by the island. There is a middle turning lane to assist with this process. There is no entrance on Bovaird.
There was a pricing concern initially, but the service desk rep was super helpful and friendly and quickly resolved that issue. They were able to honour the old pricing I got during the first ever service I got at this place. They also allowed me to drop off the car early in the morning, and pick it up minutes before closing and were in no rush. They checked all the maintenance issues for my car and even check the tire pressures so I'd be ready for the winter. The service overall was great. I highly recommend this location for Midas.
I've been going here since 2012 and never felt ripped off. Now I take my wife's car there too. They are always honest. They always show you the problem and ask if you want to fix it unless it is a safety concern. Once I thought I needed to change the brakes on my wife's car but they said I still have life left in the brakes and I should come back in the next season or if it gets worse. True enough I got another 4 months it of those brakes and then had to change them.
Not the best experience. My car broke down at a location near to this Midas. The battery, starter etc. were fine but the car would not start and the check engine light was on. I had it towed to this Midas location at around 3:30 PM yesterday. They did not have the bandwidth to look at it yesterday and I was told it would be looked into today. It was looked into and I was told that a Mass Air Flow Sensor replacement was required on my 2012 Mazda 3. So far so good. I was charged a total of 120 for diagnosing the issue(the OBD would have given it straight out) and another 207 for the part. Total of 368.50 including taxes. The cost of the part was marked up by 100 % as the same was available at the local NAPA and Partsource near my home at 50 % of the cost. When the lady at Midas was informed about it, she inquired if I had it in writing from the stores that I had inquired with and then they could do something about it. I visited a partsource store nearby this location and got a written quotation of the part. It would cost 100 bucks after the old part was returned. On taking this to the store the lady backed out of her promise and said my quote was for a remanufactured part. The part is available on Amazon.ca and a lot of other part stores doe 100. It's for anyone to check. A mass airflow sensor for a 2012 Mazda 3. Disappointed that I wasted another hour to get the written quote from a store as the lady assured that they would look into it.
