Very good!!!! It's completely worth the money, even though they are quite expensive My son initially went to a community pool and just wasn't advancing and in those 30 min they only spent 5 min with him because the kid to instructor ratio was 8:1. At Making Waves, it's 3:1 ratio, he has advanced so much in one year! He's now driving in there deep end. The same kid who kept failing level 1 swim at a community pool over 4 times is now at level level 5 swim in making waves. 100% recommend this place.

Making Waves, Brampton location is highly recommended. The facility is clean and organized especially now with COVID where the place is set up to date with the government protocol and more, they even follow the amount of staff and kids with in the facility and the distance marking on the benches between other parents. I feel safe taking my child for swimming classes. The staff is professional, friendly and super awesome. Always very helpful in person or over the phone and they make it smooth when you need to make changes to your child’s classes or simply if you have any questions the staff is very eager to want to help. Thank you for all your hard work especially with COVID pandemic and making your facility safe. Thank you for everything that you do. You are all awesome

POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS BEWARE! … I regretfully had not read through the Google reviews for Making Waves as we knew of the business locally but wish we had before our horrible experience there. We had successfully booked a Parent and Tot 1 swim session for our daughter as her first introductory swim course and our credit card was charged for the fall session. Several days later we realized we had a scheduling conflict and tried to switch to a different day. We called a total of 5 times, left 2 voicemail messages and 2 emails with ZERO response after over a week. When we attempted to visit the location in person to speak with an employee regarding the switch, we watched an employee lock the door when we approached it. We called the location from outside the door and the employee did not answer the phone. We were appalled. We want no part of any swimming lessons through this business ever again and want a full refund. It is not surprising that this is not the first time customers have made note of the horrible customer service and lack of communication from this facility. It is entirely unprofessional and we will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. All we were asking for was a simple response and change of date and now they have lost our business for years to come. This facility is not the only swim school in Brampton and they are naive if they believe that. In fact the negative reviews speak for themselves. They are in the service industry and should value their clients and customer service. We only hope that this review will serve as a warning to others regarding the integrity of this business.

When the school first opened 25 years ago and it was growing within backyard pools both my son and daughter attended lessons. They both progressed through their lessons quickly and at times passed multiple levels within one session. Making Waves has always set a high standard for their students and encourage them to do their best, creating strong swimmers! Parents are always involved in the lessons and receive great feedback from the coaches. The small classes mean the children are constantly swimming and progressing. While my children attended lessons many years ago, I have seen the standards remain the same as I watch my best friends grandson swim and the smile on his face beam! Only place to learn to swim!!

A year ago, I tried going for my Bronze Cross and Standard First Aid. However, I did not get either of them and the examiners recommended I retake the class. However, my mom tried calling to get me re-registered in a class. But the receptionists or manager never got back to us. Here I am a year later, I only still have my Bronze Medallion. So yeah, thanks for wasting my time and parents' money. Can you try getting back to your clients please and thank you.

Making Waves is the best swim school for your kids to learn how to swim. The instructors are extremely experienced, patient in dealing with both parents and the swimmers. They provide constant feedback on the progress your child is making. They staff continuously engages with the parents while we watch our children during their lessons. The front desk always accommodates my needs. I used to take my kids to community pools and found their progression was very slow due to the number of kids per instructor. At Making Waves the ratio is no more than 3 kids to 1 or 2 Instructors which allows for fair swim time. I have recommended this club to several friends and family and they too are very satisfied with the results and progress their kids have made. A shout out to the staff on Monday nights! Maurice, Almolbir, Kaitlyn, Jessica and Isaac. SPECIAL THANK YOU to the Head Instructors SAMANTHA, RACHEL AND DANIEL They truly cared and followed up with me after each and every class to ensure I was satisfied with the progress my kids were making.. I would highly recommend this club to any parents that are considering to put their kids in swim lessons.

I have been taking my son here since he was 6 weeks old. For 7 years we have enjoyed this place with constant upgrades amazing staff and always a great experience. My son is so comfortable in the water it is hard to keep him out. They talk about pool safety and the staff always make it fun. Highly recommend this facility.

Making is the one the best swim school you can ever send your child to. The instructor are very attentive and always makes sure each kid gets the same attention and lesson. I would highly recommend making waves also because of the wonderful head instructor, Daniel, Samantha and Rachel. Both my girls graduate from there and I couldn't been any happier with there service. Thank you making waves
