Horrible Service ! You would think being aware of the Sephora that's upstairs they would try to show what makes MAC stand out and show the importance of PROPER customer service there were two girls, that I'm aware of that were on the front end of MAC Bramalea City Center Customer Service's end today, after lunch hrs ,when I came in today I was only there to accompany my friend who was there to buy her regular purchase. My intentions were not to make a purchase! I experienced horrendous service from 1 of the 2 representatives. I ended up buying something from the other rep that i was hesitant to ask for help bc i was assuming her attitude would be the same as the 1st rep . Thankfully she was the complete opposite , she took the time to explain and show me a product that caught my eye.

This is my FAVORITE MAC store. Way better than the Bay. I've never had an issue with this location. I went in yesterday looking for, foundation and color corrector under eyes. Theresa was so pleasant & helpful. She went above and beyond. At checkout, ended up we had the same birthday. She really personalized my experience. There's another young pretty blond girl yesterday too and she was super nice. It was very busy but they made time for me. No rush or rudeness. Very sweet and kind. Highly recommended. Trust me guys, I'm very picky when it comes to customer service.

Very helpful and Friendly stuff...they help me a lot to find lipstick shade and every time she clean d lipstick before applied ...thank u ..I m very happy and satisfied
