Interesting store. I remember when it was on the other side of the plaza. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I find prices to be a little steep but not anything to really fuss about.

It is one of the largest musical instruments retailer in Canada. It has got a huge selection of musical instruments like drums, guitars, keyboards, pro audio, band and orchestra. They sell these and other instruments and provide them on rent as well. They undertake repair work also. I visited this store yesterday in Brampton. They are practicing social distancing and hand sanitization. I was looking for a DJ controller. There were very many options starting from a couple of hundred dollars to a few thousand dollars. Their sales and rental associate Kunal Marwah provided incredible service.

5 Stars for the staff of Long & McQuade Brampton. All the stores have great staff, almost every one has been a great experience. I'm giving this review to Brampton and their manager Danny Batista for customer service excellence. Danny was great to me, acknowledging my long time customer status (late 70s) and helping with several purchases. He went out of his way to help me, and as a result I have been back to purchase more items. This a lesson in customer service for all retailers. Bravo to the staff and Danny! Thanks!

I have been to this location many times, most recently to have some new pickups installed for my first-ever guitar. These guys were top notch, start to finish, from helping with choosing the best pickups for the sound I was going for to the installation. Adjustments had to be made, so they reached out to notify and discuss alternatives. In the end, they made it work seamlessly and had it completed very quickly.

I love going to L&M in Brampton location. They are very helpful. They helped me tune my drumset. All of their staff are very knowledgeable. Very professional. World class customer service. If you are a music enthusiast, this place is one of the friendliest music haven! Thank you Andrew and the other gentleman who helped me and my family. God Bless everyone!
