Last week, I was trying to book an appointment for my 90 year old mother. The lady told me that she cannot book an appointment because my mother has not seen Dr. Bajaj for a year or so and told me that Dr. told her that now he needs a referal from the family doctor if she wants to see him. I told her that due to panedemic and my mother's age, we decided to wait for blood tests and asked her to accommodate. She put me on hold and came back told me again that Dr. Bajaj won't see her unless she get a referal from family doctor. I find it inapproriate to ask for a referal from the family doctor. My understanding is that the that the specialist can ask for a referal only after two years if patient does not see the specialist. I was shocked to hear that LMC is requesting unnecessary referals from patients during panedemic; I guess the reason for referal is to bill more ohip.

Not impressed. Doctor only looks at paperwork and does not see the patient beyond the data.
My wife is undergoing treatment with Dr Harpreet Bajaj for her thyroid , he is quite a gentlemen and really helped to guide us extremely well. Really appreciate and recommend him .

I attended this particular site a few weeks back and have to say i was very impressed by the professionalism of the staff. Faiza in particular was extremely helpful and very attentive towards my needs and went out of her way to make me feel so comfortable even though i have a phobia of needles! Very organised, good service all round and clean which is what you expect from a location like this. I cant fault LMC.
