Sid was top notch when it came to the first point of contact. He was very thorough in our quote and meeting him in person helped us decide 100%. He wasn't pushy or trying to oversell us. His quote was very very reasonable and his guys who came to install the windows and doors were amazing. They were there to work and get the job done efficiently and good quality. Our house is very old and these guys knew what they had to do to get our \custom\ measured windows in the right way. They also were able to re-use our original shutters which is not an easy job as they're also custom sizes. I wouldn't use anyone else and would definitely go with Sid again. Adding to why we choose Lifetime is because they did have several options (styles, colors, etc) We were not overwhelmed and appreciated that Sid offered his opinions at times since he's the expert. Thanks again Sid and his team! Would definitely recommend again!

We had a great experience with the purchase and installation of a patio door recently. Sunny was attentive and followed through on everything he said that he would do as well as being punctual. Installation of the patio door was quick and efficient as promised. There were no surprises and the installers were very friendly. The installers left no mess or debris. They went out of their way to show me how to remove the panels for large appliance deliveries. There was one small issue but it was easily remedied and they followed through the process without me having to prompt or chase them. The issue was resolved to our total satisfaction and we always felt that Sunny was taking care of us. We are looking forward to purchasing additional windows next year with Lifetime Windows and Doors.

Work well done- shawn and his crew did a spectacular job on our entry door. The new door looks great, is very secure and has eliminated all issues we were having with our old door.
