Called La Vie en Rose to find out if they do curb side pickup for an order online. A lady rudely answered and rushed me off the phone. I called a second time to ask if they could help with delivery, and the same lady and picked up saying “I told you already we’re closed”. What is the point of answering the phone if you are going to shut out customers? With service like this, they will be closing down and I will be going back.

Great prices, they have a lot of variety in sizes. Wish I could try on my items, but understandable since COVID, but then again I can exchange after. So that's a little odd. But either way, I would come back to purchase again.

Great place to shop. I always buy my underwear and swimsuits here. They always have a sale. I just wish there cup sizes went up to DDD. The staff is super helpful and really friendly.

On more than one occasion, customer service at this location was terrible. The only reason I am giving more than one star is they have decent variety and lots on sale. I was in the store towards closing time, store closed at 9 and I got there at 8:15. By 830 they were already making announcements that the store was closing... (there were 3 people in the store, including myself and the person who was with me). They made another announcement every 5 minutes! This really makes your customers feel like they are being kicked out. If you are open until 9, close at 9. There was an announcement made that the store will be closing in 5 minutes (I looked at my watch, it was 8 minutes to 9 pm). Poor management. I didn’t end up buying anything because I felt so rushed and stressed with the constant announcements. On top of that an employee approached me immediately after the last announcement and told me the store was closing- How about you ask if I need help?! I let her know that I had heard the previous 10 announcements. Do you think customers are going to just hang around after close? Obviously people will leave by 9. The sale section is also very messy and not sorted by size like more stores. So it’s too much to browse through (about 1/2 the store is clearance/sale). It would be SO much easier to find something if it were sorted by size. I never leave negative reviews- but you guys are going to go out of business if you don’t change your approach.

I called this location to have an item put on hold. I gave the girl the SKU and everything only to show up and it NOT be the correct item. They did end up having what I originally asked for in the size I needed, but not the colour I needed. So I ended up getting it anyway. The store is really big and has a pretty great selection, and the manager (I'm assuming she was a manager) I dealt with was really nice. On a side note though, the fitting rooms are extremely small and extremely filthy. You're going to want to keep your shoes on. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the great selection and the nice manager. Definitely not impressed by the associate who put the item on hold, and the cleanliness of the fitting rooms.

Closed the store at 530 when they should be closing at 6 according to the store hours because they dont want to stay until 7 cleaning. Lady that came to the door to tell us we should go was rude. The least you can do if youre closing your doors early is let customers know in a pleasant manner. I mean you are in customer service right? Never returning here.
