Just called in to enquire about ordering shoes in for my toddler in hopes of avoiding traffic at another bigger/busier mall. Kayla, was so pleasant and attentive and her commitment to helping me was much appreciated. I've purchased from this location many times in the past and have never been disappointed.

Worst experience in all of my time here in Canada. The manager of the store was so so disrespectful to us when we went in to return a pair of FILA shoes we bought 3-4 days back. Just when I said we want to exchange/return the shoes, he showed no interest and said that they looked used. I told him that I did not wear these yet, he did not even listen and was outright rude to us. He started to mumble and then aggressively took the box from us and started using a cleaner to wipe the sole of the shoes. Now, even if the shoes could not be returned, nobody has the right to disrespect anyone, especially when you're working in customer service. The day I went in to buy these shoes, two other sales reps helped me and it turned out to be a very good experience hence, I was comfortable making a purchase. But the whole experience is now ruined because of the treatment we got by the MANAGER of the store. Advise to whoever overlooks this store - it's absolutely okay to follow rules, but NOT OKAY to judge or disrespect anyone.

Horrible service! 5 staff members including a manager who did not help at all. Was looking forward to buying something but I guess I'm gonna pay extra at sportchek for better service.

During the season of Christmas 2017, I bought two unique sweaters made of wool. One had the colours of red, yellow and green (rasta); but, the other one had blue, white and black. Both are warm and many people like them. The customer service is really good.

This store is a joke and is practising predjudice when it comes to sales. I have small feet, children's sized feet, I always buy my shoes in the children's section because they fit and are significantly cheaper, yet after selecting my shoes (vans) at this journeys location from the children's section, I was told I had to pay the price of an adult pair of vans because I was seen trying the shoes on and sales associate knew they were for my adult feet. This is age discrimation against age, the price of the shoes is the price of the shoes, it doesn't matter who buys them. I ended buying the same shoes at true desired price from the kids section at footlocker, who doesn't discrimate against age. My small footed people consider this a warning, moms shopping for your kids, be careful. 1/10 would not visit again
