This company provides certificates for pay. A contractor named Creative Wrought Iron Inc did the glass railings for one of our projects, providing a certificate for high quality 12MM tempered Pilkington brand clear glass certified by Infinity Glass Group Inc (which we paid a significant premium for). Which was apparently fabricated and tempered at Infinity's facility as per the Canadian standard code. Recently one of the glass railings just shattered to pieces without any sort of physical contact whatsoever (we have cctv footage), then when contacted regarding this the representative of Infinity said they don't provide any warrantee/replacement, and that they work with many contractors and usually just provide the certificates based on their relationship. So ethical! Steer clear of this company.
I got a great price for my glass railings with these guys, the quality was really high, and the service fast and very reliable. Happy to use them in the future, especially since their customer service is superb!
