When you order from them online from Canada you are not made aware of the expensive additional shipping fees through their carrier. This is on top of your total amount paid. I ordered over 100 dollars worth of merchandise mostly clearnance and sales. I ended being surprised by 85 dollars in surprise fees when fed ex arrived. Would have been better to order from another store at regular prices. The rep from Fed ex informed me that many other customers have complained about this when ordering from Gymboree. I definately will never order from them again. Once you add all the hidden fees the sale prices aren't sales anymore.

The store at Bramalea City centre. Buyer beware. Their internal systems and customer service are the worst i have seen. They take your off your credit card to buy a gift card. Then no auth. Rep called everyone except God for help. No help recieved after 1 hour to either issue gift card. Could not reverse card and stated company policy is no refunds. So im stuck here for 1 hour and still no refund. DO NOT SHOP THERE. BUYER BEWARE the company is mismanged from corporate down to retail
