John at Global did a great job of getting my engine delivered to the garage on the agreed-upon time. He really worked through all my questions and went above and beyond with making sure I get the right parts that will fit my car. Me and my mechanic are on day 3 of getting the engine prepared and everything looks good so far. Ill update this when its running, but so far I can say for sure:. GREAT PRICE, GREAT SERVICE FOR COMPRESSION TESTING VIDEO - this helped me decide on my choice of engine and ON TIME DELIVERY. This is a big deal for me and a lot of money, and it was nice that John did take the time to explain, and didn't rush the purchase or any of my questions.

Terrible Customer Service when something is defective even with warranty. Purchased set of used springs/struts, not able to test them but bought them based on owner's advise he wouldn't sell defective items or would be taken care of. Change of tune when I called, not willing to replace part even with me offering to pay a little more to buy 2 other replacement struts when he didn't have the exact one I could purchase to replace. He aggressively directed me to return them all for a refund. Unfortunately all are on my car. 3 work fine, 1 strut bad. Lost a future customer. I would hesitate to buy anything from there unless you can attest to the quality beforehand. As struts/springs not tested, you could be in for the same. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt based on previous reviews and was told the owner/manager could be difficult, I found out the hard way that he is. Unfortunate. Buyer Beware, the warranty is useless when it comes to whats most important during a tough time like COVID, money more important that customers..Extremely short sighted. Best of Luck to you all. There are other JDM places to buy. The owner can reply what he wants, and yes, always two sides to a story, but there is one when it comes to the truth unfortunately. Inflexible when it comes to a defective product. Sad.

I purchased a JDM GC8 Front end conversion from them in May for my 99 Impreza WRX. I was very impressed with the professionalism of this company. Their website is really easy to navigate with many photos of what you are purchasing from different angles and it was insanely easy to purchase from. The individual that I dealt with was very polite and easy going. They packaged the front conversion very well and it arrived really quickly from Toronto to California!! I ordered a JDM Altezza L-Tuned TRD front clip, rear trunk lid, side skirts and rear taillights for my Lexus IS300. They did an excellent job with packaging and coordinating the shipment from Canada to my house in Austin, Texas.
