Usually, I don't post reviews but I felt compelled to do so. Called in the morning, asked if I could have a button repaired for my suit. Frank immediately repaired it on the spot and when I asked to pay for the repair, he said it was complimentary. I was completely floored by his hospitality and kindness. Never asked for anything in return so the least I could do is spread the message!! (also did not ask me to post a review).
Asked for price over the phone, and said I would have to come in for pricing. As I was in the middle of explaining my situation and how I can't just come in because it isn't for me, he said to come in and then hangs up on me!! Unbelievably rude!!
