I would not recommend Flight Dental for any equipment needs. I work for an office and we ordered an external suction per proper COVID-19 protocols. The equipment showed up to the office and it was NOT what we expected. It was extremely cheap, the remote literally says, \smoke absorbes control\. It was all poorly fabricated and cheap plastic. This was NOT what we expected when we purchased it. I am so believably disappointed in the package my company received. In order to be refunded for the item, we had to send it back to them and they gave us 75% of what was paid and we had to pay shipping (from FLORIDA to CANADA ). Unbelievable. This company saw the opportunity of profiting of medical companies in need during a pandemic. They only want your money. Their delivery, communication, and responses were inadequate. I am so thoroughly disappointed. They will never receive our business again and I recommend everyone reading this to reconsider using them if you are thinking of purchasing something from them. Would not recommend to anyone.
