I called this place to ask for a price estimate on a MacBook screen and they gave me a price, and when I went in to have my laptop looked at, they refused to give me a price without first opening my laptop. The screen is broken and there’s actually no reason to do an “assessment”. Extremely inappropriate business model, the woman at the counter wouldn’t give me an estimate and when they finally decided to it was double the original quoted price. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. I would give this place a 0 star if I could.
Their prices are different for each customer no set price. Used them and recommended them till I found out they were charging all my friends different amounts for same thing. Scammers!
