Horrible company. December 20th I tried to ship my items with them, they never came to pick up my items. Had me waiting day and night for their pick driver to stop by who never came. Finally I had my packages dropped off at their location and I received my items January 7th. Once I received the items two of my items were completely damaged. A flat screen plasma tv I bought for a relative for Christmas was shattered, a retired framed jersey of a relative was shattered as well. I had the items insured however I am now being informed that only commercial goods can be insured not personal goods. I was never told this by the representative who assisted me. I never leave reviews but please beware don’t be cheap and stingy with your money ship with UPS it’ll be more money but you will receive your items quickly not damaged and if they do damage it guess what?! They’ll reimburse you cause that’s what responsible businesses do, they take accountability for their mistakes and put clients first. Side note my items were boxed and bubble wrapped with over 10 feet of bubble wrap to protect it.

The WORST experience we ever had with any service based company. 1. Their \account manager\ tells you that they offer the same shipping time and rate as their competitors 2. We \tested\ their service during a 2 week period, with close to 400 package only to find out that it took more than 2-3 weeks for them to arrive and there are over 100 still pending 3 weeks after 3. After countless of emails back and forth and numerous excuses...\the holidays\, because of the \pandemic\, because \we didn't close off the batch\...which were all unacceptable excuses because 1) we used other carriers during that time and all packages were delivered using USPS 2) the ot closed batches\, some packages were delivered. They gave us incorrect information to try their service to start off with, when their were obvious concerns about our shipping, they kept giving us excuses. The whole experience was a NIGHTMARE. Worst, they are more EXPENSIVE. Not only did we lose time and money over this - we lost your customers TRUST. Their Directors hopped on a call with us to apologize and admit that they were in the wrong and working on the issues for the future. They said they will get back to us on a compensation plan - which I never heard from them again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I have been using Eshipper for over a year and have used them for 1000's of shipments and over 50k a year in shipping costs. Recently, I audited my invoices from them and it was a complete nightmare! They actively charge additional fees AFTER the shipment has been done and delivered. Ranging from 0.03 to 3.00 per package. They also have lots of errors with their system which they blame customers for. I have tried to rectify these issues with them and they refuse to accept their errors. I have escalated it further to the BBB. I recommend all Eshipper customers audit their invoices and request refunds for these clandestine charges.

There are so many issues with this company for shipping your products to your customers. There quoted prices never match to the invoice pricing, damaged shipments as shows in pictures, extra andom\ charges for off-hours, extra unloading hours and so on and when asked for back-up proof such as POD, no response. Stored Credit Card on Account to charge without your consent, and unable to delete your Credit Card from the file nor are you allowed to delete your account with them. The details on your account will stay there basically \forever\...
