I've had two root canals done at the Brampton location. Everyone in the office was friendly and professional on both occasions. Overall, I've been extremely satisfied with my experiences.

I read their poor Google reviews before booking an appointment, but still went ahead and had my root canal done with Dr. Woflson from Endodontic Associates, because my dentist highly recommended their services. In retrospect, I wish I heeded to the advise of other reviewers in Google. During my consultation, the doctor created a payment plan stating that my root canal can be done in two phases and hence allowing me to claim as two separate services from my Insurance provider (I still carry the proof of the Payment plan). The first service was planned to be performed in December last year and the second service in Jan this year. After my first surgery in December, he commented that he completed the entire process in a single sitting. The front office charged me for both services at one go and I did not have enough room in my dental insurance to pay the lump sum money that was initially planned for both the services . After claiming a very minuscule amount that was left on my Insurance plan, they charged the rest on my Credit Card. If I had known this earlier, I would have waited for the New Year to get both my procedures done and could have made the best use of my dental insurance plan. The front office did not return my multiple calls and voice messages explaining the problem. Due to their negligence, I am now forced to pay a bill that I am unable to afford. I hardly write reviews of businesses on Google. I do not want others to experience the same or similar problem with this dental office. Dental procedures by itself is not the best experience. But having to go through such challenges due to the inefficiency of the dental office (and the dentist) is not acceptable. Endodontic Associates is not worth your time and money.
