It looks like a COVID-19 super-spreader event. Mobs outside, no social distancing, utterly incompetent staff, no management. Avoid this place like the plauge, because this seems like the place to get it.

I'll start off by saying this is normally my go-to lab for doing all bloodwork during my pregnancy , the staff are all great and I have never had any issues . However , the net check in system definitely needs some work . Went to do a 1 hour glucose test today , I checked in online at 9:08 am and according to the app I was expecting about a 73 min wait time . At 10:30 I still had not received a message indicating that it was my turn so I went to the door to check how much longer I had to wait , at which point they let me in (keep in mind , I still did not receive a text message to go in) . Fast forward to 12 pm , I'm back home at this point when I then received a text message that it was my turn to go inside the clinic . I understand these apps and programs are designed with patients in mind to reduce wait times , etc . But today was a perfect example of how they do more harm than good . If I hadn't gone to the door to ask how much longer I would be waiting , I would have probably ended up sitting in my car until 12 pm waiting for my turn .

Been coming here every month for the last 5 months and I’ve always received great care. Staff is polite, and very efficient. Had an appointment today with Preeti who was very helpful. With everything going on and the barriers with the pandemic, the staff at this location still provides the best care possible. :)

The worst place ever, I had a blood test and I went in at 8:30 AM the lady sitting at the front was so rude and had a lot of attitude in her voice, she needs manners which she clearly has not learned. But overall my wait time was not to long just took 5 min for the lady to call my name she was very nice and respectful, as well as the man who did my blood test was very nice as well.
