Came on the same day, removed a raccoon from my business in the attic, I chose Durapest because they were recommend by a friend and I am very happy for the service. They first came and started with an inspection, after that they were very transparent with the process and pricing. Other companies were trying to get another quick sale but Durapest actually cared about the problem. Gaelan and his team were amazing. Thank you for a job well done!!!

I got raccoon removal service from Durapest a long time ago. The work they did was terrible. They installed one way cage and never came back to install mesh on the damaged area. After calling many times, I visited the business location and requested them to install the mesh. They installed the mesh so raccoon can't go inside but did very unprofessional work and make a entry point for squirrels. Please avoid them.
We call for raccoon removal. They are very professional. I hope it works and no more raccoon in the attic! When we get rid of raccoons, I’ll give them 5 stars!
The experience started off great, but now 2 months after the service I can’t seem to get a hold of anyone. The phone is disconnected and nobody responding to emails. There is a 6 month warranty, but that’s not promised since I can’t seem to get a hold of anyone . Mice are still in the attic. It’s a shame .spent money for a service that didn’t do anything. Tempted to report the company.
Fast response time after I called them for a skunk removal which had dug itself underneath my deck making my backyard inaccessible as we feared getting sprayed. Upon arriving they had placed traps and sealed the surrounding area of my deck so the problem wouldn’t happen again! Thanks for the help guys
