Exceptional Customer Service! We experienced a small issue with one of the blinds we had recently purchased. Cathy was true to her word and she faithfully ensured that we got a replacement ASAP. Matthew did a great job with the removal and install. It is so wonderful to work with a business that truly works with honesty and integrity. These people are very professional and care about getting things done right. It's been a pleasure dealing with Drapery Fabric Design and especially at times like these we really appreciate being able to do business with local people. Here's hoping the remainder of 2021 will be good to all of you!

Had these custom window coverings made for my Master Bedroom. From consultation to the finished product, Cathy and Mike do a great job with design and the execution of a vision. They help me select the perfect fabric, gold rods that make an impact and the craftsmanship is the best. They have done every room in my house and I get countless compliments. We recently moved into our new home and a friend referred us to Drapery Fabric Design. The experience was fantastic from start to finish. Mike and Cathy were super helpful in guiding us through the decision making process. They were also extremely accommodating even when we rescheduled our installation date. When it came to the installation, they did a seamless and efficient job setting them all up. All of our blinds and curtains turned out beautiful!! We would definitely recommend.
I went to Drapery Fabric Design first time in 2012, to buy some fabric for my front door glass panels. I met Mike there, extremely helpful and friendly even when my purchase was just under hundred dollars. That left an impression on me, and I went back there after four years in 2016 to get our new house draperies custom made from them, then I met his wife Cathy. She is also super friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to custom made draperies. This year again we got their services. Both the times reasonable prices and good service along with professional opinion if needed. I will strongly recommend them for custom made draperies, blinds and screens.
Cathy and her team were a pleasure to work with! Extremely friendly and helpful and we felt very safe in their showroom with all Covid safety procedures followed.
