I bought a wedding dress here because my mom wanted me to and the lady that works there said it looks nice on me. I went home and tried it again and realized i cannot live someone elses dream on my big day. I called the next* day to know about the return policy and they said they have a sign at the register but did not mention it on the receipt or that everything is final sale... very disappointed in this store. If ur gonna buy something from here the lady will convince u it looks good and when u walk out that store just know u cant change ur mind even the next day!! 0/5!

Coco's couture has the worst customer service. They refuse to help customers. We went into the store to find a dress for my wife and daughter, the manager said that we have nothing in your size or price range. We started looking around the store to look at the dresses they had, the manager told us to stop touching the dresses and acted frustrated because we were interrupting her time on the phone. We left the store felling disheartened and headed to the Dress People (in downtown Brampton) which was way better. I suggest you avoid this and go to Dress People near by!

I went here with my friend a couple months ago to help her look for a prom dress. The owner was very rude to me and told me not to touch the dresses. It wasn't until my friend's mother told the owner that I was \looking for a dress\ that she started acting nice and letting me look at the dresses. Never coming back here ever.
