Almost new gas station, convenience store 24hr and coffee place. Also city pizza other small stores in same plaza. Better Gas prices in the evening as compare to other gas stations around especially petro Canada (1st one to hike gas prices, last one to drop). Other stores: Urgent care, Dentist, Tutoring, Kebab place and Optical.

I had bad experience with convenience store person. The gas pump was not be able to pay prior use it and I had to go inside and pay. As my kids inside I moved my car just closed to convenience store to go inside and pay. The person inside store gave me a bad speech rather than fixing his pump issue. I was so disappointed.
Went into this gas station to get my fill of the Froster. The place was easy to park in with dedicated parking, the staff were friendly and approachable. There was quite a variety of pops, Frosters and coffee to get. It is one of the few circle K branches that still serve coffee not sold through Tim's. When i saw the place, it was a good experience.
Just visited and was completely disregarded while two gentlemen who worked there talked, ridiculous!
