I come to Kennedy and Steels location. I love that employees here are cooperative especially the store manager Vaneet. I love doing business here. I would recommend everyone to go there.

This is probably the first time ever I am writing a review but this place is just frustrating. There always seems to be one problem or another. The first time I went there it took the 30 mins to set up a profile for me which I told them I already had but they insisted I needed a new one. However after 30 mins I was told since I am sending money over sees to my business partner they need my business to be registered federally and the Ontario BN won't work. However I went to another cash money location and they sent my money with my Ontario BN. The second time I was receiving money from my family over seas and they asked me why am I receiving money. I gave them a valid reason to which they replied that this is a third party transaction so they cant give me money. Even though the sender was my mother and the reciever was me and there were no errors in information provided. I provided them with my valid ID, which matched the reciever name. When I insisted I'd like to speak to manager. The manager from the room at the back just yelled saying we don't have to provide you with a reason and I can go to another location. Which i did and they gave me no trouble at all. And they told me usually they do that when they wanna hold on to a large sum and they have less profit in receiving money. The staff is new and the manager does not want to leave her chair or try to atleast solve problems.
Worst customer service ever. Two ladies were talking to each other despite of looking at us that we were waiting for them to attend us. After waiting for 15 minutes , I asked them how long it will take them to help us but they were still busy in one another. After 20 minutes we left store and one of the lady was laughing and said \Have a great day while laughing at each other\. Seriously disgussed by their behaviour.
They helped me get a loan when I had no business getting one, I'm kidding
