Robert was super friendly and incredibly professional. He took great care in our home and without a doubt did an excellent superb job cleaning our ducts and vents. We were referred to Capps by our HVAC vendor - and boy are we happy! Robert arrived on time- with a friendly smile ( behind his mask of course ) and proceeded to explain the process to us. He took his time and cleaned our Vents ( which were terrible BTW - Post Reno Mess) and finished on time!! We were so pleased with his honest and professional work - we have already since referred him to our friends and family. Paul and Joe did a great job duct cleaning our house on August 30, 2018. They are very professional in doing their job, punctual, efficient and friendly. Paul was also very kind-hearted in offering to help me fixed the very old structure which held the filter to the old furnace air channel. He worked very hard in getting the job done without asking for any extra money. I greatly appreciate that.
