Very kind non judgemental staff who comforted me after process was done and made a frightening/painful experience (for me) better. During initial consultation they asked once if you had enough time to consider all options so giving the opportunity to back out if you aren’t sure. As for ppl saying receptionist is rude maybe don’t try to go in a waiting room if you aren’t getting anything done during A GLOBAL PANDEMIC. My ride home waited downstairs it’s not a big deal ?!

People on the front desk is too rude . They don’t listen the person who is speaking. If you want to be a good service then go to Mississauga women’s clinic.

Really really bad service.can’t make any appointment over the phone .people in the desk So rude.don’t help at all .don’t give no instructions.they just pick up the phone and say check online. Even Don’t get a help for book an appointment. So better not to go this place .Missassaga Womens Clenic is way way better . If you don’t need better service then you can go there .
