Today I had a great experience at Brampton Chrysler. Usually am very intimidated going into a garage because of how I have been treated in the past, however the staff at this location were phenomenal. Daniel M was the service technician that helped me out & he was wonderful. He was very informative, kind & honest when it came to what my vehicle needed. The work was done efficiently & they even finished earlier then estimated. This is my new go to garage. Thanks Daniel.

Today was my first time back at this dealership after many years and I had a great experience. I called the ‘other’ Dodge dealership in Brampton to book an oil change... it was 5:50pm and the service guy who answered the phone said he could not book me an appointment, as he already logged off his computer... lol... not good. So I decided to try this dealership again. I called and booked an appointment..they guy who answered the phone was polite and helpful. After my call I received a text confirming my appointment... impressed. Than I got another text the day before my appointment to remind me... awesome. Upon arrival I was happy to see that they covered my car seat and steering wheel with plastic and sanitized the door handles... very nice. While waiting for my car, I got a text message to provide me with an status report and inspection report including a video from the mechanic showing me my car and to advise me of some work that needs to be done... very impressed. After paying... I went out to my car... and they washed it... Wow!!! Highly recommend this place... will take all 3 of my Dodge vehicles here going forward. Great experience.

In particular, Danny The automotive service technician has went above and beyond to address all of my service needs. He is by far been the most reliable and honest mechanic I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend his work!
