Excellent professional customer service. The salesperson I dealt with was both exceedingly helpful and accommodating. They took the time to help me problem-solve an unconventional demo build. I'll be making this my Brafasco location of choice from now on. Compared to the Mississauga location, the Brampton folks should give customer service workshops to them. Top-shelf Brampton!

COVID-19 UPDATE!!! Open for business. Walk in or pre order. Picked up some quarter inch fender washers and some screws for a job. The place is pretty clean and well stocked. A little on the pricey side but the location is convenient, so it’s easier than driving to Mississauga.
Very knowledgable and helpful. Fav spot for my DIY project needs.
Work all over the GTA and most times drive the extra mile to go to this location. Very knowledgeable staff and always ready to suit your needs!
