Very poor customer service. A CS representative who work from home is cooking while talking and resolving my case is this acceptable Bestbuy? I'm on a hold for almost an hour now.

Purchased 400 Sony headphones, after 3 days they were no better than a regular old set that I had that had cost me way less. Went to return and they refused to give me my money back, that with headphones they only give a store credit! Needless is to say that I’ll use my store credit but after that I’m not buying anything else at Best Buy

Worst customer service during lockdown, Tried to get price match at their own store but couldn't. I called couple times and they said go to the store, went to store, they said call customer service, Costco is better as 90 days if you want to return plus extended warranty. No more best Buy.

I recently bought a DJI Mini 2 Quadcopter Drone Fly for footage of my retail store. It worked fine until my team accidently hit it against a tree and the performance drastically dropped. Went to them to see if there was anything I can do with it and they said they would replace it. Thank you, but service time was terrible.

I came in looking for a portable wireless charger. On website it indicated in-stock and available. I tried calling ahead to check availability theor phone line is ONLY automated nobody to talk to. I talked to an associate who looks on instore computer and says their are 3 in-stock. She walks around for 2 minutes and says they dont have any. I hope all stores get shut down and employees lose their jobs. Useless company to deal with. The ignorant and lazy response is to say they dont have any available. Merry Christmas

Purchased KVM adaptor to link two PC's, (both are PS/2 machines) one Win 10, the other Win 7. It works , and allows me to access files, programs etc, but the screen resolution is terrible, and the PS/2 mouse for Win 10 machine will not work with the USB adapter that I must use, necessitating another mouse. Nothing in their ad prepared me for ancient video quality.
