I purchased items worth thousands of dollars from this store and when I go for curbside pick up they dont even want to put it in the trunk of the car. I'm an old man in my late 60s and carrying heavy things will break my back, far more dangerous than Corona itself. I pick up stuff from home depot, lowes and other companies, they always put it in the trunk of my car but bath depot Brampton wouldn't. this is the most ridiculous lazy policy ive ever heard of. I am never shopping there again.

Came here with a friend that was doing some work on her bathroom. The staff were really friendly and knew a lot about what we needed and were able to help us out a lot. The prices were very good as we had done some comparison shopping and found them to be the best priced for what we needed.
Heard from my friend and visited last week. they have variety but their sales people come on strong. this short girl kept following me throughout the store and kept pushing me to get an estimate and when questioned didn't even know about the style I was talking about. All I want to say is, if you want people to buy, just hire people who have right product knowledge and customer service skills. will think again about re-visiting or maybe go to another location.
I ordered a vanity online and it was missing the handles. I have emailed customer service twice now and no response I have called customer service twice now and have received the same answer that the technician isn't in and wouldn't been in until the follow week and it has now been 3 weeks that I have been trying to get a hold of someone to get my handles!! This is extremely poor customer service and will think twice about ordering from Bathdepot again
Made a order on May 01, 2019 and the cashier charged me more than the amount stated. I had to tell him 3 times to check if the price is right and the 3rd time he gave me a refund for overcharging me. Then, May 07 all items was ready for pick up but the vanity sink top was damaged. I then went into the store on May 22 as they said the damaged item arrived and I could pick up all items. However, when I went in the vanity sink top was not delivered to them. The cashier then said to come next week to get the sink top. The cashier lady and man do not know what they are doing and have poor customer service. I then asked for a refund for all items and they got so mad at me. They couldn't say a simple sorry to me. Never going to the store again. Also, there products are so expensive and the quality is not the best.
